School Climate and Discipline
It is very important that our schools are healthy learning environments. Meeting this goal takes the committment of all members of our community. Our faculty and staff work proactively to provide need satisying classrooms that provide for academic, social and emotional needs. If you have any questions, ideas, concerns or suggestions please contact your child's teacher, a member of our support staff, your building administrator or the Head of School. We always welcome your input.

Choice Theory
Our school's philosophy, in regard to school climate, behavior and discipline, is guided by the principles of Choice Theory. Choice Theory is a theory of human behavior explained by Dr. William Glasser. Click on this link to read more about Choice Theory:
Reality Therapy
When working with students and adults in our schools we utilize Dr. Glasser's Reality Therapy to guide our actions. Reading more about Reality Therapy will help you to understand more about why we believe this is so valuable as we build a positive school climate.
