Your application will be reviewed and you will receive notice as to your status.

HS Transition Options / Considerations
Subject to the Board's decision on December 21st to close CCHS effective June 8, 2012 CCHS parents MAY need information regarding transition resources for their children. The documents below provide additional information for parents and students who may need to transfer to other schools for the 2012-2013 school year.
